Our training includes
- personal nutrition plans - resistance training (weights, dumbbells, bands, kettlebells) - flexibility (stretching) - cardiovascular conditioning - functional training - behavioral/motivational instructions - progress monitoring While learning proper form and techniques, you’ll cross-train (change activities) and periodize (change how hard you work over specific periods of time) your fitness training. The program will not be as effective unless we also consider your thoughts, feelings and opinions as we develop an individualize approach for you.
