The personal trainers at Total Body Fitness are certified and come from diverse backgrounds and experience. However, they all have one thing in common; they care. Their passion and commitment to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals is what separates them from other fitness studios. They know their clients and their fitness goals, and strive to provide the training, education, support and motivation to meet these goals.
Miguel
I became very interested in fitness in high school when a buddy of mine introduced me to powerlifting! After my first few realizations of being much stronger than I thought, I was hooked. I reached a point where I was over-training because I was so hungry for results to later find out that it was my nutrition that was lacking. Once I got that on point, everything fell into place. I now train people for a living and love it, my goal is to help anyone and everyone willing to grind that just may need some knowledge, information and/or direction to annihilate their goals!

I became interested in fitness back in 2002 in an attempt to gain control of my health and weight issue. However the progress was slow, monotonous and very inefficient. Throughout the years, I worked with many trainers with no results. Fitness, health, eating clean, all of these changed my life so much that I became a certified personal trainer through NASM in July of 2014. I’m continuing my education with additional certification in Corrective Exercise, Original Strength methodology and Pre and Post Natal Training. With my experience and knowledge of having gone through a complete transformation, I would like to help others regain control of their health.
